25 July 2016We have a number of improvements in the latest version of Gravity Forms to Pipedrive CRM. This update ( 2.5 ) is available today. Users who have submitted a feature requests for this plugin have been rewarded with an update that implements some of the most popular requests.
Improved Deal Titles
Prior to 2.5 we support just one field to be mapped into the deal title. Now you can curate a title that makes use of plain text and a number of fields that are in your Gravity Form. We know this is important to users, to make it possible to clearly outline the deal when it hits Pipedrive.
It was in fact the number 1 requested featured from users!
Create Contacts without a deal
Lots of users have different situations where they’re using this plugin. Another popular request was to give the ability to have the plugin only create a contact object in Pipedrive CRM without a deal.
Version 2.5 brings this feature. When mapping a new deal there’s now an option to setup either situation.
What else?
In addition to these features we’ve had a bit of a general tidy up, checked compatibility with Gravity Forms 2.x updates and improved the handling of licence renewals.

With all plugin updates it’s a good idea to get a backup of your WordPress database and install prior to processing the updates.
