Important Gravity Forms to Zoho CRM update

Gravity Forms 1.8 has been released earlier in January (visit the Gravity Forms blog for full details of the update). There are many new features in the 1.8 series of the plugin but it’s also changed the way it stores some of the form meta data which is required for our plugin to work consistently.

In addition, the update now has the ability to place forms in the trash.

We have updated Gravity Forms to Zoho CRM today to version 2.3.1 which now support both the current and the older versions of the main Gravity Forms plugin. It will not only read the form meta data correctly but it’s also aware of the form trash feature and will only show active forms in the mapping tool.

This is an essential update for all users who are about to update to the latest Gravity Forms plugin.
