Gravity Forms to Trello allows you to connect any Gravity Form to Trello, then the entires made via your form will create a new card in your Trello account.
On this page you will find detailed documentation for the plugin.
Initial setup
Install and activate the plugin either via FTP or using the WordPress Dashboard.
You will need to activate your license key, if you have not received this key login to your HelpForWP.com account and visit the purchase history page.
Now you connect to your Trello account and allow the plugin access to be able to create cards in your account. The easiest thing to do here is login to Trello first, then click the Request Token button.
Once this is done your settings page should look like this, confirming that a token has been saved.
Click Save Settings.
Mapping a form to Trello
In the next section of the settings screen you choose an existing Gravity Form to work with, then choose the Trello Board and the Trello List that you would like to map it to.
You can now test that the connection to Trello is working; click the Test connection to Trello button and the plugin will make a sample card for you.
The final section is where you choose which fields to send to Trello, as the card title and then the card description.
In both situations (title and description) you’re able to choose multiple fields that will be sent to Trello.
For example if you have two fields “First Name” and “Last Name” you could choose both of these fields and have those sent as the card title.
The description area of a card also allows you to send multiple fields.
When the data arrives in Trello the plugin shows the field name and then the data.
You’re also able to control the order that the fields are sent for both the card title and the card description.
Simply using the numbered fields to choose which field is first, second etc.. using numbers 1,2,3.
