Our approach when creating tools to integrate WordPress and Pipedrive is to focus on form building tools. WordPress boasts a number of very popular tools that allow you to create powerful web forms. When these forms are submitted by the end user, this is where our magic happens. By taking the data from the form our Pipedrive integrations connect via their secure API to deliver the data into the correct Pipedrive account.

What kind of form fields?
The Pipedrive API (this is the way that we connect WordPress to Pipedrive) is very thorough. We can submit form data into standard fields (think First Name, Last Name or email address) as well as custom fields that you might have create in your Pipedrive account.
Your options are not limited to plain text fields. You can map dropdown fields, checkboxes, radio button; all of these can be send data from WordPress into Pipedrive.
What about file attachments?
In short. Yes!
If you would like to collect files on your webforms and then send the file into Pipedrive you can also do this. From simple situations like a job application form where a user needs to send their Résumé, though to complex situations where multiple PDF or images need to the attached and sent, are all possible.
