We do our best to live up to our customer’s expectations.
Occasionally, we have customers that run into issues out of their control who request a refund. Since we are offering non-tangible and irrevocable digital goods, we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase has been made.
We will consider a refund if you run into issues during installation that cannot be solved through our Support team within the 30-day grace period.
Thank you for understanding that refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of management and no refunds will be given after 30 days from the initial purchase.
