One of our most popular plugins, Gravity Forms to Pipedrive CRM has a new version available this week. We regularly receive eMails from users asking for new features and once again we have focused this release around ideas that have been popular. In this blog post we’ll outline what’s new in version 2.6.
New support for Gravity multiple file uploads
For some time now Gravity Forms has supported multiple file uploads. In this version we bring support for this form field into our plugin. When you configure a form to support this feature (see the screenshot below), all of the files that a user chooses will be sent as attachments in your Pipedrive CRM account. They will be attached to the created deal.
The screenshot below shows the Pipedrive interface, where 3 files have been uploaded by a form with multi-file upload support enabled.
Enhanced support for Note fields in Pipedrive
The theme of this update is more of everything! We have had many users give us feedback that they would like to map more than one field as a note in Pipedrive. Now it’s possible.
Select multiple fields from your Gravity Form and they will all be sent into Pipedrive as a note.
Improved support for file uploads
The plugin now makes use WordPress API to upload files to Pipedrive. In situations where Curl is not available WordPress will automatically select alternative methods to process file uploads.

We have developed a number of add-on plugins for Gravity Forms, many of them communicate with CRM systems to automate the injection of form enquiries into the CRM. This particular plugin helps you automate a connection between your WordPress site and the Pipedrive CRM. Visit the project page to learn more and watch an introduction video.

I was curious if the new multi file upload could also act as a list so that I can notate in pipedrive that a required file was received.
In other words, my company requires documents such as a W-9, Articles of Orginization, Insurance cert, and so on. Your new update is awesome because it allows gravity forms to upload all the files into pipedrive, but it would be even better if this was displayed as a list and then I can set my custom deal fields to ‘yes’ if the user attaches the documents to the required item in the list.
I hope that makes sense
