Today we have released version 2.6 of our popular add-on for Gravity Forms, Gravity Forms to Zoho CRM.

In the development of this new version we have focused on two things:

  • Improved compatibility with Gravity Forms 1.9.x
  • Ability to map multiple fields to a Zoho Description field

Current Gravity Forms 1.9.x

Gravity Forms 1.9.x has been available now for a number of weeks. There were a number of changes to our plugin that were required to allow a consistent experience with the new version. If you’ve updated your WordPress site to 1.9.x or higher we strongly encourage users to also update Gravity Forms to Zoho CRM.

Map multiple fields into a description

In response to our users we’ve added a new feature in this version. It’s been a common request to allow more than one field in a Gravity Form be mapped into one Description field in Zoho CRM.

How to get the update

As usual, this update is a free update for all of our users with a current licence. It will be available in your WordPress dashboard, in either the plugins interface or the updates interface.

Learn more about this plugin

If you’re not familiar with this Gravity Forms add-on, it’s been a very popular plugin for us. It allows you to map any form in your WordPress site into Zoho CRM. Each time a user fills in a form it can be inserted into Zoho CRM as a lead or as a contact.
