Today, we have released version 2.9 of our Gravity Forms add-on for Zoho CRM. Read on here for a quick update on what’s new.

European Data Centre Support

Zoho users that have their data in the European data centre can choose this in the plugin. Look for the new setting on the plugin settings page. New installs will default to the US option.

Multi file uploads

Gravity Forms Multiple File Uploads

If you have form fields that upload files, we now have full support for the ‘Multi-File Upload’ setting in Gravity Forms. This allows one upload field to accept multiple files. These will be injected into your Zoho CRM account alongside the other form data.

Large form support

We have been working with some users with very large forms. Some that were hitting the maximum amount of data that could be send into Zoho CRM at one time. We have updated the API connection between the plugin and Zoho CRM to increase this limit.

If you were experiencing issues with large forms, upgrading to version 2.9 will fix your problems!

Improved support for unicode and special characters

Text fields now have support for unicode and special characters. Some users were experiencing issues when a form field has these special characters. Once again this update will fix these situations.

Improved debugger

The form debugger can now be enabled on a form by form basis. This helps you where you need to test and debug one of your forms on the site, without effecting them all. Look for the new debug option when mapping form fields.
