Following up from user feedback we have fixed a problem with our plugin Gravity Forms to Zoho CRM. When used in WordPress environments alongside a caching plugin, like W3 Total Cache the plugin was sometimes loosing the authentication token used to connect to Zoho CRM.
The Zoho authentication token is now saved in the WordPress database as an option instead of a transient value.
This update is recommended for all users that are using a caching plugin in their WordPress setup.
If you’re updating from version 2.2 you can update via the WordPress plugin screen, updating from older versions will require you to login to the members area here and download the updated.
