19 December 2018Today we release version 3.0 of our Gravity Forms add-on for Zoho CRM.
This is a major update that moves the plugin over to the new Zoho CRM API. The old version 1 API is due to be turned off at the end of 2018 so this is an important update for all users.
The update to version 3 will appear in the plugin interface of WordPress.
Zoho CRM authentication
As part of the move to the new API you will need to re-authenticate your Zoho CRM account. Zoho CRM now uses an oAuth based API. The settings screen has a set of instruction on how to do this. Importantly, after the upgrade you will need to do this before the plugin will continue working.

From version 3.0 you will now find the plugin settings page in the Gravity Forms WordPress menu. Previously it was located in the Settings menu.
